Graham Lyles, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive eye care and
surgery with a focus on cataract and lens replacement surgery. He joined Greensboro Ophthalmology Associates in 2011 after completing his residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a resident at UNC, Dr. Lyles was recognized with the Stocker Research Award, the ASCRS Foundation Resident Excellence Award, and the Resident of the Year Award, and was also selected to serve as Chief Resident during his final year. He completed and published several clinical research projects.
Dr. Lyles enjoys helping his patients achieve their individual vision goals through cataract surgery. He is able to customize each patient’s vision by offering the latest and most advanced lens implant options. Dr. Lyles has found Greensboro to be a great home and family community. He and his wife have three young children. He enjoys family time, fitness training, and golf. Dr. Lyles also serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Greensboro.
